BENGALURU: Home healthcare service providers and biotech companies are seeking special permission to solve logistics issues as they report incidents of staff involved in essential medical equipment delivery "being beaten up".The Union government has instructed states to impose a lockdown to contain the spread of Covid-19 virus outbreak in the country.
